Playtimes playgroup "Outstanding" – Ofsted 2010

Good afternoon all!

This is my first time commenting on the webpage.  Many more to come… watch this space.

This is the 2nd year we have put on Magic of the Musicals at Kimbolton castle.

The fundraising committee from Playgroup organise this event, in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Kimbolton Castle.

Last year we managed to raise nearly £5000 for Playgroup, and from this we donated £1500 split between Milton Childrens hospice and Holly ward at Hinchingbrooke hospital.

Tickets are now available from Watsons if Kimbolton, last year we sold out and had a waiting list!!!!!!

You may have noticed that the grass has suddenly erupted into a jungle, historically we have always used the grass cutting skills of the parents to keep it at bay.

We need your help, there is a rota on the notice board inside the hallway of the building, and we would really really love it if you could volunteer either yourself or make an executive decision and volunteer your significant other to cut the grass one weekend.

Hi All,

Just to let you know that the website has just undergone yet another upgrade, this time it was mainly the code behind the scenes, so it should look similar to before.

The main difference is in the functionality and the future proofing for the office staff and going forward enabling the staff to provide updates as to what the children have been doing, in a very similar way to the spaldwick school website. We (the parents) all know that it can be like pulling teeth sometimes getting our little ones to part with the contents of their day. Well hopefully the dissemination of this information will be a lot easier now.

Any questions please ask, and I will slowly be bringing the extra functionality online over the coming weeks.

The Playgroup Summer photo sessions are now underway with the last session being on Friday 11th June.

We will let you know shortly how to access the photo’s of you r fantastic children once they are all complete and have finished post production.

All proceeds will be going to Playtimes Playgroup, so please order as many as you like for yourselves, your family and anyone else that would like a photo of your little ones.
